Pamela Townsend

Pamela has over 30 years of experience in customer service and has held several training and supervisory positions.

At FLFE, she started as a Customer Relationship Specialist, where she utilized her skills in customer service, training, and systems, which led to a role in training new staff and process improvement. Pamela loves and appreciates the work she gets to do at FLFE and how it supports FLFE’s mission.

Her skills include customer service, training, process documentation and improvement, and holistic life coaching.

What’s the most noticeable change you experienced when FLFE was activated on your home or phone? 

The most noticeable change since having the FLFE service has been my sensitivity to WIFI. I notice I have decreased in sensitivity over the years I’ve been in the FLFE environment coupled with supporting my nervous system as well. “

When you’re not at FLFE, what are you doing??

On my own time, I love to research and study nutrition, health, and wellness.”
