Founders Jeffrey Stegman and Clayten Stedmann
The Origins of Focused Life-Force Energy
They came together with an inventor who had devoted his life to creating free energy for humanity. Although he did not create a free energy device, he discovered a way to re-direct and focus large amounts of life-force energy (also known as subtle energy) on an object.
Between Jeffrey’s experience in engineering and Clayten’s knowledge and extensive practice in Consciousness Kinesiology and the Hawkins Map (see below) they re-engineered the original device to activate a high consciousness field at specific locations around the world. At first, Clayten and Jeffrey used the device and associated technology to raise consciousness around the world as a public service project.
As they were able to increase the power available and the ability to positively affect a property, they brought the consciousness-raising technology to the public as ‘Focused Life- Force Energy’ (FLFE). Today, after an additional ten years of research, thousands of customers and hundreds of testimonials Jeffrey and Clayten are expanding the process of developing public awareness of this unique consciousness-raising technology.

Business as a Spiritual Path and Service
We believe in the power of business as a spiritual practice to change the world positively. The mission of FLFE is to support the evolution of consciousness. At the time of this writing, less than 1% of the FLFE energy is being used for paid subscriptions. 90% + is being used for service work to raise consciousness. The subscriptions help to fund our service work globally.
The number of FLFE subscribers is growing. Raising the level of consciousness of new subscribers’ homes and businesses helps the whole world to rise. As FLFE grows and the business is more successful, we continue to share the abundance with the FLFE Team, the FLFE Referral Partners, and the Nelson, B.C. area. Business growth also funds outside research and service work in the world, including current world trouble spots.
Our Core Principles
Our intention is to align our decisions and actions for the company and for the FLFE service with the Highest and Best interests of all of Creation. We do our best using the tools we have to obtain the highest level of truth for research, development, and stewardship of the FLFE service.
The Office
Business as a spiritual practice is also reflected in the culture of the FLFE business. We believe in paying people a good living wage. We have a generous benefits program for health care. We chose the office location to be on a major public transportation route for easy access. Our office location has lots of natural light and has been upgraded to beautify and enhance the work environment with such things as full spectrum lighting, standing desks, a kitchen, lots of chocolate, use of no-VOC paint and natural cleaners. All aspects of the person are important and we provide a flexible work schedule to support taking care of family, loved ones and life situations that arise. All of us are on our personal evolutionary journey and everyone is supported to find their own unique path of devotion and evolution.
